Recruitment of Resident Companies at Yangcheon-gu Social Economy Support Center
Office spaces, training rooms, meeting rooms, and community spaces available... Applications accepted until May 12 for up to 5 years of use
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Yangcheon-gu (Mayor Kim Soo-young) is publicly recruiting tenant companies for the Social Economy Support Center (375 Mokdongdong-ro) targeting social economy enterprises that have difficulty securing office space.
Applicants must be social economy enterprises such as (preliminary) social enterprises, (preliminary) village enterprises, or (social) cooperatives that have not received space support from other institutions (organizations) as of the announcement date, and must relocate their corporate address to the center within three months after signing the lease.
The tenancy period is one year, and it can be extended up to five years after a renewal review. Selected tenant companies through the screening process can use office space located on the 2nd floor of the Yangcheon-gu Social Economy Support Center, as well as various facilities such as training rooms, meeting rooms, and community spaces within the center.
