POSCO Group Company SNNC Donates 10 Million Won to Senior Citizen Cafeteria
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Heo Seon-sik] SNNC, a POSCO group company (President Kim Jun-hyung), donated 10 million KRW to the Gwangyang City Love Sharing Welfare Foundation (Chairman Kim Jae-kyung) on the 7th.
The donated funds were designated for the YWCA Senior Citizens' Dining Hall and will be used to support meals for the elderly, as well as special meals and care packages provided four times: on Parents' Day, before the summer closure, during Chuseok, and on Christmas Eve.
Kim Jun-hyung, President of SNNC, said, "If the elderly, exhausted from COVID-19, can enjoy the lunchboxes prepared with the sincerity of SNNC employees and stay healthy, there is nothing happier than that," adding, "I hope all the elderly have a happy Parents' Day."
Kim Jeom-hyun, Secretary General of the Love Sharing Welfare Foundation, expressed, "We sincerely thank you for your continuous interest in the elderly," and said, "We will make sure to deliver warm hearts along with the care packages, just as the name suggests."

Meanwhile, to celebrate Parents' Day, SNNC provided special meals including meat, bread, and fresh fruit to 200 elderly people using the YWCA Senior Citizens' Dining Hall and home care services, with SNNC employees personally participating in the delivery volunteer service.
