Korea Federation of SMEs and Hana Card Launch 'Noranwoosan Partnership Card'... "Benefits for Small Business Owners"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] The Korea Federation of SMEs announced on the 6th that it signed a "Business Agreement to Support Small Enterprises and Small Business Owners" with Hana Card at the Federation of SMEs headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul.
At the signing ceremony, Seo Seung-won, Executive Vice Chairman of the Federation of SMEs, and Park Yong-man, Head of the Mutual Aid Business Group, attended from the Federation of SMEs, while Kwon Gil-joo, CEO of Hana Card, and Park Ui-soo, Executive Director, attended from Hana Card.
Through this agreement, Hana Card will be the first in the card industry to promote the subscription service for the Yellow Umbrella Fund starting in July. Currently, the subscription service for the Yellow Umbrella Fund is handled by 15 financial institutions including Hana Bank and MG Community Credit Cooperatives, and Hana Card is the first in the card industry to do so.
The Federation of SMEs and Hana Card plan to launch a Yellow Umbrella partnership card in the second half of this year that offers differentiated benefits reflecting the needs of Yellow Umbrella subscribers.
Additionally, to establish a preferential financial support system for small business owners, they plan to develop a new credit evaluation model for small business owners by utilizing big data held by the Federation of SMEs.
Seo Seung-won, Executive Vice Chairman of the Federation of SMEs, said, "Based on continuous cooperation with Hana Card, we will strive to establish a financial support foundation such as expanding loan limits and offering preferential interest rates for Yellow Umbrella subscribers and small business owners."
