KakaoTalk Down for 2 Hours... "Maintenance Delay"

The KakaoTalk outage started around 9:47 PM and has continued for over two hours.
Some users experienced issues with sending and receiving messages on both the PC and mobile versions, and in some cases, PC KakaoTalk login was completely unavailable.
Kakao stated, "The inspection work regarding KakaoTalk login and message reception failures is delayed," and added, "We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible."
