Yeonggwang-gun Extends Application Period for 'Management Support Fund'
[Yeonggwang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jeonseong] Jeollanam-do Yeonggwang-gun (Governor Kim Junsung) announced on the 4th that the application period for the temporary 'Management Support Fund' for small-scale farms, which was conducted until the 30th of last month, will be extended until the 31st.
The county decided to extend the disaster relief fund application period to prevent farmers from being excluded from the application due to failure to prepare supporting documents within the application period and to accommodate farms that could not apply due to various circumstances.
The application period for the 'COVID-19 Overcome Farming Support Fund,' which supports flower farms and rural experience and recreation villages facing difficulties due to decreased sales, will also be extended until the 14th.
The eligible recipients are farms registered in the management entity registration information as of the 1st of last month among those who received the small-scale farm direct payment (small farm direct payment) last year, flower farms, eco-friendly agricultural product producing farms supplying school meals, and rural experience and recreation villages.
The temporary management support fund for small-scale farms can be applied for by visiting the local agricultural and livestock cooperatives (including the Nonghyup Yeonggwang-gun branch) in the area where the cultivated farmland is located, and flower farms and rural experience and recreation villages can apply at the local town or township office.
Overlapping receipt with other support funds such as the Emergency Employment Stability Support Fund (Ministry of Employment and Labor) and the Small Business Owner Support Fund Plus is not allowed.
However, the temporary livelihood support fund can be received concurrently.
