Asan Nanum Foundation Opens Startup Pop-up Store at Maru180
Set up on the 1st floor of Maru180 in Yeoksam-dong... Open Regularly
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Asan Nanum Foundation (Chairman Han Jeong-hwa) announced on the 3rd that it has opened a pop-up store for startups called 'Flip Lobby' on the first floor of the Startup Support Center Maru180.
Flip Lobby was established to provide startups with an opportunity to promote their products and for the public to experience startup products. The operation partner is Urbanplay, a company specializing in urban content.
The first startup featured in the seasonal Flip Lobby is the low-calorie ice cream brand 'Lala Sweet,' which will run the pop-up store until June 18. A screen is installed in one corner of the exhibition space to show Lala Sweet's brand story through video. Tablets installed in the product zone visually display product descriptions.
Startups wishing to participate can apply through the official websites of Asan Nanum Foundation and Maru180. The recruitment target is startups established less than five years ago without offline store experience. Recruitment for participating startups is ongoing, and startups selected through screening can operate the pop-up store for about two months. The pop-up store space rental fee is free, and support is provided for space production consulting, concept design planning and construction, and overall operation management.
