The 'Integrity and Abuse of Power Prevention Workplace Training' was organized to cultivate awareness of integrity and to create an organizational culture of communication, consideration, and mutual respect.
The training was conducted using a hybrid method of in-person and non-face-to-face sessions in accordance with the COVID-19 situation.
Senior officials attended the in-person training held in the large conference room on the 2nd floor, while the remaining employees participated by watching the live-streamed video sent to their offices.
Kang Eun-mi, an instructor from the Korea Talent Management Education Institute, persuasively conveyed essential values for public officials, including the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, anti-corruption laws and systems, the code of conduct for public officials, and concepts and cases of abuse of power.

Superintendent Jang Seok-woong said, "It was a good opportunity to understand the Anti-Corruption and Improper Solicitation Act through various cases and to reconsider the public official mindset that must be upheld," and urged, "I ask all employees to work together to create an abuse-free organizational culture."
