According to Daekyo, the new publication was created based on medical information aimed at strengthening cognitive abilities that are easily impaired in the early stages due to aging or dementia, with research led by former Central Dementia Center director Kim Giwoong.
In particular, the workbook is structured to allow systematic training to maintain and enhance seniors' cognitive functions. It features subdivided difficulty levels by area for cognitive training, helping to improve brain activity.
To celebrate the release, an event will also be held. Readers who purchase the book and leave a review on the Daekyo Dream Mentor Store will be entered into a draw to win free passes to a theme park.
