Dong-Eui University (President Han Su-hwan) Regional Collaboration Center (Director Yoon Hyun-seo) will hold the “41st Dong-Eui Family Neighbor Love Blood Donation Relay” for two weeks from May 3 to 14 at the Blood Donation Center Dong-Eui University Center (Room 112, Life Science Building).
The Dong-Eui University Student Council will participate in this event to promote the blood donation relay and support volunteer activities at the Blood Donation Center. On the first day of the event, May 3, at 10:30 a.m., Student Council members will participate in a group blood donation.
Dong-Eui University was the first university in the Busan area to open a Blood Donation Center. Since the second semester of 1999, it has held a blood donation relay every semester.
Starting with the 1st Dong-Eui Family Neighbor Love Blood Donation Relay in 1999, up to the 40th relay held in November last year, a total of 48,326 people have participated in sharing life over 22 years.

In cooperation with the Korean Red Cross Busan Blood Center, this blood donation relay aims to address the blood shortage caused by COVID-19 and encourage students’ special acts of sharing, targeting 600 participants including 450 whole blood donors and 150 plasma donors.
