TTrechan Co., Ltd. Donates Fermented Kimchi for Disabled Students at Chosun University
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] Chosun University announced on the 27th that food specialty company Ttrechan Co., Ltd. donated fermented kimchi to the Chosun University Disabled Student Support Center to support the healthy university life of disabled students.
According to Chosun University, Kim Dong-woo, a mature student with a disability enrolled at Chosun University, regularly uses the Disabled Student Support Center.
He said he wanted to do something helpful for disabled students who use the Disabled Student Support Center.
Mr. Kim introduced the Disabled Student Support Center to Ttrechan, a company of an acquaintance, and after seeing the center's active support for disabled students, Ttrechan decided to donate 40 boxes of fermented kimchi on the 20th in celebration of Disabled Persons Day.
The donated kimchi was delivered to disabled students enrolled at Chosun University and their helper students.
Kim Seong-hoon, head of public relations at Ttrechan, said, "We decided to donate products to meaningfully commemorate Disabled Persons Day," and added, "We hope disabled university students can enjoy a healthy university life even amid the COVID-19 situation."
