T'way Air Signs MOU with DGB Financial Group to Explore New Business Opportunities
Kim Tae-oh, Chairman of DGB Financial Group (right), and Jung Hong-geun, CEO of T'way Air (left), signed a 'Business Agreement for Establishing a Mutual Cooperation Relationship' on the 27th at T'way Air Training Center in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] T'way Air announced on the 28th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with DGB Financial Group to enhance customer satisfaction.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to collaborate on discovering new business opportunities, promoting joint marketing, and engaging in social contribution activities.
According to the agreement, T'way Air pilots and cabin crew will participate in lectures for job experience as part of the 'Dream Tree Education Project Group' activities conducted by the DGB Social Contribution Foundation, and will plan future social contribution activities utilizing the 'T'way Crew Class' program held at the T'way Air Training Center.
T'way Air has previously continued various social contribution activities with institutions in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region, including Yeungnam University Medical Center, Save the Children Yeongnam Branch, Daegu Opera House, and local senior welfare centers.

Jung Hong-geun, CEO of T'way Air, said, “Through this agreement, we expect to carry out more special and diverse customer satisfaction activities by leveraging the know-how and infrastructure of both organizations that prioritize customer satisfaction above all.” He added, “In particular, we will work together to consider and realize new businesses and work innovations tailored to customer needs after COVID-19.”
