Foreigners Turn Net Buyers... KOSPI Recovers 3200 Intraday
[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] The KOSPI index recovered the 3200 level during trading on the 26th. This is the first time in four trading days after it soared to a historic high of 3220.70 on the 20th and then stalled for three consecutive days.
The KOSPI index recorded 3200.93 at around 9:42 a.m. on the day, then dropped to the 3199 level and is continuing to trade in the 3200 range.

It appears that foreign investors, who were net sellers in the early session, turned to buying during the session, lifting the index. As of 9:47 a.m., foreign investors were net buyers of 19.2 billion KRW. Individual investors also net bought about 18.9 billion KRW, while institutions were net sellers of about 26.5 billion KRW.
