"I Just Got Out of Prison Recently" - 50s Man Refuses to Wear Mask, Uses Abusive Language and Causes Disturbance
Ulsan District Court Sentences 8 Months Imprisonment for Obstruction of Business Charges

A man in his 50s who cursed and caused a disturbance to a female supermarket owner asking him to wear a mask was sentenced to prison.
The Ulsan District Court Criminal Division 2 (Judge Park Jeong-hong) announced on the 25th that Mr. A (54) was sentenced to 8 months in prison for obstruction of business.
In March of last year, at a supermarket in Ulsan, when the owner (in his 60s) asked Mr. A, who entered the store, to wear a mask, Mr. A cursed and caused a disturbance for 15 minutes, interfering with business.
According to the Ulsan District Court, Mr. A, who was intoxicated, threatened the owner saying, “I haven’t been out of prison for long, so let’s see what happens.”

The court stated the reason for the prison sentence was that “Mr. A has a history of multiple similar offenses, committed the crime again during the probation period, and did not reach an agreement with the victim.”
