Mayor Oh Se-hoon to Meet 21 Heads of Seoul Social Welfare Professional Organizations
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] On the 16th, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon will hold a meeting with heads of social welfare professional organizations who are dedicated at the forefront of welfare sites at the City Hall conference room.
The meeting will be attended by 21 representatives of professional organizations working in social welfare facilities across Seoul, including Lee Eun-joo, the executive representative of the Seoul Social Welfare Organizations Solidarity Conference, and Shim Jeong-won, president of the Seoul Social Workers Association, as well as representatives from elderly, children, disabled, homeless, women, and multicultural family sectors.

This meeting was arranged at the request of Seoul City. Mayor Oh had promised during a meeting with heads of Seoul social welfare professional organizations on the 12th of last month, when he was a candidate, to establish a regular communication channel.
