Seven Eleven joined the Gogo Challenge upon the recommendation of Dunkin' Donuts and will promote campaign activities encouraging the use of reusable cups instead of disposable cups. To this end, until the end of this month, customers who purchase Seven Cafe brewed coffee and use their own cup or tumbler will receive a 200 KRW discount. The Gogo Challenge Seven Cafe discount event is limited to a total of 10,000 cups, and customers can check the discount barcode or QR code on Seven Eleven’s official Instagram or mobile app and present it at the counter. Seven Eleven has nominated Angel-in-us as the next participant.
Seven Eleven is also conducting the ‘Carnation for Forest Making’ event, a customer participation environmental sharing activity for creating green forests. Customers can gift carnations to someone they appreciate while contributing to forest restoration activities through forest creation. Customers who purchase Seven Cafe brewed coffee and collect 11 stamps on the mobile app can enter this event.
Seven Eleven will present carnation pots purchased through the eco-friendly social enterprise Triple Planet and forest creation certificates to the first 100 customers, and Triple Planet will use the sales proceeds to plant trees. The trees prepared through participation in the Carnation for Forest Making event will be planted in the Baekdudaegan endangered species restoration forest (Bonghwa, Gyeongbuk), and the names of participating customers will be engraved on the forest plaque.
