KOSPI Turns Down During Session to 3160 Level...Institutions Selling
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] The KOSPI, which started the session with an early rise, has turned downward.
As of 9:56 a.m. on the 14th, the KOSPI stood at 3,164.61, down 4.47 points (-0.14%) from the previous trading day. The index began at 3,169.95, up 0.87 points (0.03%) from the previous close, maintaining an upward trend before turning downward.
By investor type, individuals and foreigners bought 10.3 billion KRW and 34.4 billion KRW respectively, while institutions sold 52.0 billion KRW.
At the same time, the KOSDAQ also turned bearish. The index started at 1,011.35, up 0.98 points (0.10%) from the previous close, but recorded a slight decline of 0.01 points to 1,010.36.

On the KOSDAQ, individuals were the sole net buyers with 95.5 billion KRW. Conversely, foreigners and institutions were net sellers of 72.2 billion KRW and 14.1 billion KRW respectively.
