Emergency Support for Child Centers and Senior Facilities Facing Operational Difficulties Due to COVID-19
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Gangseo-gu, Seoul (Mayor Noh Hyun-song) held the '2021 Local Subsidy Deliberation Committee' on the afternoon of the 13th in the large conference room of the district office and processed agenda items including the local subsidy budget plan.
At the meeting, subcommittees were newly formed by sector such as administration and autonomy, welfare and health, and the subsidy support targets and scale, including disaster relief funds for social welfare facilities, were finalized.
The committee decided to support a total of over 400 million won to local children's centers, daycare centers, and senior welfare facilities to help welfare facilities facing difficulties due to long-term closures and to ensure stable provision of emergency care services.
