A Man in His 20s Forcedly Molests a Woman While Following Her in a Residential Area Late at Night

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] A man in his 20s accused of forcibly molesting a woman in a residential area of Seoul was apprehended by the police. The man even attempted to break into a nearby villa after the crime.
On the 12th, the Gangseo Police Station in Seoul announced that Mr. A has been booked and is under investigation for charges of forcible molestation and trespassing.
According to the police, Mr. A is suspected of chasing and forcibly molesting a woman who was returning home alone late at night in a residential area of Gangseo-gu, Seoul, around 11:30 p.m. on the 10th, and attempting to break into a residence.
Hiding in a parking lot next to a building, Mr. A waited until the victim, Ms. B, appeared, then quickly walked alongside her on her left side as if waiting for the right moment.
Mr. A then forcibly molested Ms. B, grabbed her wrist, and tried to drag her into an alley. Ms. B managed to break free and ran away, seeking help by entering a nearby commercial building.
