View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Koscom has decided to support the IT employment program for career-interrupted women again this year.
Koscom announced on the 9th that it will support the program for the third consecutive year, which trains women preparing for reemployment as IT convergence instructors in collaboration with Yeongdeungpo District Office and Yeongdeungpo Human Resources Development Center.
This program is conducted through virtual reality (VR) coding and new media production, providing educational opportunities to a total of about 40 participants over three years until this year. This year, Koscom signed an agreement with a specialized IT education and content planning company to prioritize hiring graduates who complete the course diligently. In fact, graduates who completed the IT employment program over the past two years have all been employed as IT assistant instructors or in similar roles.
