Sampyo, First in Dry Mortar Manufacturing Industry to Sell via Online Mall
Naver Store 'Sampyo Moltal Mol' Launched... "Diversifying Distribution Platforms, Differentiating Customer Service"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] SAMPYO Group, a leading company in construction basic materials, has expanded its sales network to e-commerce channels for the first time in the dry mortar manufacturing industry.
The company plans to respond to the demands of various customer groups by expanding its business area from B2B (business-to-business) to B2C (business-to-consumer).
On the 9th, SAMPYO Group announced that it had launched 'SAMPYO MORTAR MALL' on Naver Smart Store. This move aims to meet the growing demand from DIY (Do It Yourself) enthusiasts who recently repair or renovate their homes themselves.
Generally, dry mortar is packaged and sold in 40kg or 25kg units at hardware stores. Because of this, end users such as general construction workers who live far from hardware stores or lack transportation means have experienced inconvenience in purchasing mortar.
At SAMPYO MORTAR MALL on Naver Smart Store, various types of mortar are available, including general-purpose, non-shrink grout (cement-based filler material), repair mortar, and self-leveling mortar, allowing customers to purchase products with just one click without visiting hardware stores. By scanning the QR code printed on each product package with a smartphone, customers can also watch construction videos.
SAMPYO Group continues its efforts to enhance customer convenience. Following the recent introduction of 'SAMPYO Smart Order,' which integrates mobile orders, the company is expanding its distribution platform to include an online mall for the convenience of general end users.
