The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "Morning temperatures will range between 5 and 13 degrees Celsius, similar to or slightly higher than the previous day."
Daytime temperatures will be mild, around 20 degrees Celsius in most regions nationwide.
However, in Gangwon Yeongdong and eastern Gyeongbuk, the east wind will bring cooler temperatures around 15 degrees Celsius.
Most areas across the country are expected to be dry today.
Jeju Island will experience rain starting from 9 PM due to a low-pressure system moving eastward near the Shandong Peninsula in China. The rain will continue until the 4th.
Additionally, from dawn to morning, some areas in Gangwon Yeongdong may have fog with visibility less than 1 km due to low clouds caused by the east wind.
Morning low temperatures by region are △Seoul 10°C △Chuncheon 7°C △Gangneung 8°C △Daejeon 10°C △Cheongju 11°C △Daegu 11°C △Gwangju 12°C △Jeonju 11°C △Busan 13°C △Jeju 15°C.
Daytime high temperatures are △Seoul 20°C △Chuncheon 21°C △Gangneung 16°C △Daejeon 21°C △Cheongju 21°C △Daegu 19°C △Gwangju 23°C △Jeonju 23°C △Busan 19°C △Jeju 22°C.
Fine dust levels are forecasted to be 'normal' nationwide.

The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Along the Gyeongsang coastal area, southern coast of Jeollanam-do, and Jeju Island, high waves caused by swell will strongly hit the sandy beaches, and waves may overflow coastal roads, rocky shores, and breakwaters. Please be cautious to prevent accidents along the coast."
