On the 16th, when in-person applications for the Small Business Support Fund for digitally vulnerable groups began, small business owners were receiving consultations related to the Support Fund at the Small Enterprise and Market Service Seoul Jungbu Center. The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on the 31st that Betimokjageum Plus applications received on the 29th and 30th have resulted in payments of 2.9644 trillion KRW to 1.63 million businesses.
Among the 2.5 million businesses eligible for the first rapid payment, 1.646 million applied within two days. The application rate was 66%, with the amount disbursed over two days reaching 65.2% of the first rapid payment target and 69.3% of the support fund criteria.
Earlier, on the morning of the 30th, the second day of payments, the Ministry sent application guidance texts to 1.16 million people whose business registration numbers are even among the first rapid payment recipients. Over two days, application guidance texts were sent to all 2.315 million first rapid payment recipients.
The three-times-a-day rapid payments continued on the 30th. Businesses that applied by 6 PM on the 30th received payments the same day, and those who applied between 6 PM and midnight received payments starting at 3 AM on the 31st.
The three-times-a-day payment schedule will be maintained until the 31st. From April 1 to April 9, it will change to twice a day. However, the Ministry explained that if applications are submitted by the morning, payments can be received in the afternoon of the same day.
After the 30th, applications can be submitted via the website (BetimokjageumPlus.kr) regardless of whether the business registration number is odd or even.

Meanwhile, for 185,000 businesses holding multiple eligible recipients, applications and registrations will be available from 6 AM on April 1. Application guidance texts for these businesses will be sent starting at 6 AM on April 1.
