An Emons representative stated, "Although many consumers have recently purchased furniture online, the perception that furniture, as a high-involvement product, should be seen in person before buying remains strong. At the Dunchon showroom, customers can experience the quality, details, and finish of products that cannot be confirmed online, as well as space consulting by professional living curators," adding that various experiences are available.
