Chosun University Holds 'Exemplary University Administrative Service Cases' Award Ceremony
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] Chosun University recently announced on the 30th that it held the ‘University Administrative Service Excellence Cases and Certification Awards Ceremony’ to discover excellent administrative service operation cases and share and spread them among its members.
Since 2019, Chosun University has been conducting department consulting to improve the quality of administrative services.
This year, consulting was conducted for 18 departments (a cumulative total of 45), with the goal of completing consulting for all departments within five years.
Last month, through university administrative service consulting, the ‘E-Learning Support Team’ of the Teaching and Learning Support Center was selected as an excellent case for actively responding to COVID-19.
The selection method was based on the results of analyzing last year’s education consumer satisfaction survey, the handling of suggestions, and other content.
The E-Learning Support Team received positive evaluations by collecting and actively reflecting the demands and requirements for online classes even amid the COVID-19 situation.
They also contributed to improving the overall quality of online classes by frequently guiding how to produce online class content and holding an excellent content contest to share best practices.
