Kia EV6 Pre-Reservation, Online and Branch Simultaneous Reception Labor-Management Agreement
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Kia's labor and management have agreed to accept pre-orders for their first dedicated electric vehicle, the EV6, simultaneously online and at branches.
According to industry sources on the 30th, Kia's labor and management agreed the previous day to conduct EV6 pre-orders simultaneously through nationwide branches and the official website.
However, actual contracts can only be made at branches, while online is limited to pre-order registration.
The Kia sales union recently strongly opposed the company's plan to conduct EV6 pre-orders online, fearing that internet pre-orders for the EV6 could lead to online sales in the future.
