Daejeon City to Improve Facilities in Aging Public Rental Housing... Targeting 3 Complexes with 3,300 Households
[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Daejeon City will promote the ‘Aged Public Rental Housing Facility Improvement Project’ this year.
According to the city on the 29th, this project is being promoted to improve the living environment of aged public rental housing that has been completed for more than 15 years among permanent rental and 50-year rental housing.
The target includes 3 complexes with 3,300 households, and the city plans to spend a total budget of 1.633 billion KRW (including 980 million KRW in national funds) to improve bathroom environments in each household, replace balcony sashes, fire doors, and other aged facilities.
The project will be carried out by Daejeon Urban Corporation, with construction orders and groundbreaking scheduled for next month.
