Two Shootings at Virginia Beach Leave 11 Dead and Injured...

According to AP News and others, police responded around 11 p.m. to multiple gunshots heard in the resort area of Atlantic Avenue, where they found a woman deceased at the scene.
Among the 8 gunshot victims found at the scene, some are reported to be in critical condition.
While police were investigating this incident on site, they received reports of additional gunfire nearby. Subsequently, after a shootout with a man suspected to be the suspect, a police officer fatally shot him.
A police officer investigating the beach shooting was hit by a car and transported to the hospital but is reported to be in stable condition.
