On the afternoon of the 25th, the first day of official election campaigning for the April 7 by-elections, Oh Se-hoon, the People Power Party candidate for Seoul mayor, held hands and greeted with Na Kyung-won, former People Power Party lawmaker, at a rally held in front of Daehanmun Gate at Deoksugung Palace in Seoul.

[Asia Economy Reporter Heo Midam] Former People Power Party lawmaker Na Kyung-won stated on the 25th, "This election has three meanings: judgment on crime, judgment on the regime, and victory for the people," emphasizing the 'regime judgment theory.'
In particular, former lawmaker Na raised the hand of Oh Se-hoon, who was finally selected as the People Power Party's Seoul mayoral candidate at the campaign site, appealing for support. She also complimented former lawmaker Geum Tae-seop, saying that the red color of the People Power Party jumper suits him well.
Former lawmaker Na returned to Yeouido three weeks after losing to Oh Se-hoon in the party's Seoul mayoral candidate primary on the 4th. On that day, she attended the People Power Party Seoul mayoral by-election countermeasures committee meeting at the party headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, as a co-chairperson of the election countermeasures committee.
She pointed out, "Former Presidential Secretary Im Jong-seok made an absurd remark," adding, "If a candidate from a party that should not field a candidate is elected, if a candidate from a group that repeats such (secondary victimization) remarks is elected, it will not be a judgment on crime but an election that justifies crime."
Former lawmaker Na also complimented former Democratic Party lawmaker Geum Tae-seop, who attended the meeting wearing a People Power Party jumper, saying, "The red jumper suits you well."
She continued, "I sincerely thank Kim Jong-in, the emergency committee chairman of the People Power Party, and the party leadership for properly creating the opposition unity process that allowed even former lawmaker Geum to sit here."

She added, "We must humbly accept the people's desire to reclaim the Republic of Korea from the Moon Jae-in regime, unite all our strength, and prepare with determination to win. I also promise to do my best, however small, to support this effort."
