Yangsan-si Announces Call for Proposals for 'Women-Friendly City Revitalization Support Project' ... Until the 15th of Next Month
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Yangsan City, Gyeongnam Province announced on the 25th that it will hold a public contest for the ‘Women-Friendly City Activation Support Project’ until the 15th of next month to discover various policies for creating a family-friendly environment and a safe city.
This project is being promoted to expand policy participation opportunities for private organizations and to discover region-specific projects tailored to the characteristics of Yangsan City.
The contest areas include projects for creating a family-friendly environment, projects to strengthen women’s capacity for community activities, and projects related to the creation of women-friendly cities.
This year’s support scale is a total of 60 million KRW, with 5 to 20 million KRW provided per project. Applications that overlap with other subsidy projects for the same (or similar) projects, one-time or event-focused projects, and projects with a self-funding ratio of less than 10% of the project cost are excluded.
Eligibility for application is non-profit corporations or private organizations primarily engaged in public interest activities located within the jurisdiction as of the announcement date.
Project selection will be finalized after review by the responsible department and deliberation by the Local Subsidy Deliberation Committee.
