Jeju Air Sells April Sightseeing Flight Tickets... Starting from 89,000 KRW
[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Jeju Air announced on the 22nd that it will operate 5 additional non-landing international sightseeing flights with duty-free shopping available next month.
Jeju Air will operate non-landing international sightseeing flights departing from Incheon International Airport every Saturday next month on the 3rd, 10th, 17th, and twice on the 24th. The flights will circle over Tsushima Island, Japan, and then return to Incheon International Airport. Passengers can purchase duty-free goods on these flights, and a passport must be carried when boarding.
Airfare, including fuel surcharges and airport facility fees, starts from 89,000 KRW for a one-way total fare. Tickets can be purchased from today on Jeju Air’s website, mobile app, and web. To prevent the spread of infectious diseases, only 114 seats per flight will be sold, and advance seat selection is not available; seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at the Incheon Airport counter.
Jeju Air offers online and offline duty-free store discounts through partnerships with major duty-free shops such as Lotte Duty Free, Shilla Duty Free, and Shinsegae Duty Free. Additionally, various prizes will be given through in-flight events and raffles.
Jeju Air started the country’s first non-landing sightseeing flights on December 12 last year. The average load factor increased from 37.9% in the first month of operation to 92.1% as of this month.
