Korea Pharmaceutical Bio Association Recruiting 3rd Generation of Youth Reporters 'Phambly'
[Asia Economy Reporter Chunhee Lee] The Korea Pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharma Manufacturers Association is recruiting the 3rd generation of the youth reporter group 'Phambly'.
The Korea Pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharma Manufacturers Association announced on the 18th that it will recruit the 3rd generation of the Korea Pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharma Industry Youth Reporter Group 'Phambly' by the 28th to nurture young talents in brand marketing for the pharmaceutical and bio industry.
The youth reporter group is open to anyone with interest and passion for the pharmaceutical and bio industry. Applicants can choose between the general reporter group, which produces blog content based on their strengths, and the video reporter group, which creates YouTube video content.
The 2nd generation youth reporters recruited last year were selected through a competitive ratio of 23:1. They actively contributed by publishing over 120 pieces of content on the association’s official blog and YouTube accounts. Despite a decrease in on-site coverage due to COVID-19, they continued activities online and remotely, achieving a 23.5% increase in views compared to 2019.
This year, the association has prepared various ways to promote the value of the industry together with the youth reporters. They also plan to introduce new initiatives such as ‘team missions’ to provide a more creative and efficient production environment.
The activity period is a total of 9 months, from next month until December. During the activity period, participants can attend major events of the association or the industry and have opportunities for job interviews and field visits to pharmaceutical and bio companies.
More detailed information can be found on the association’s website notice board or official blog.
