Samjong KPMG Signs Smart Logistics Business Agreement with Cold Train Factory

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] Samjong KPMG announced on the 18th that it signed a business agreement with Cold Train Factory at Samjong KPMG headquarters in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to promote the spread of smart logistics and foster the logistics industry.
Smart logistics refers to optimizing resources and logistics movement throughout the entire logistics process based on advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT).
Under this agreement, the two companies will jointly promote the development and operation platform construction of smart logistics centers, development of smart logistics business models, discovery and execution of pilot projects to activate the development platform, and legislative and institutional improvements to foster the logistics industry.
The Samjong KPMG Real Estate Advisory Team consists of experts including certified public accountants, appraisers, licensed real estate agents, professional PMs, and consultants. They provide strategies for corporate real estate and income-generating real estate acquisition and sales, from logistics center development consulting to acquisition and sales advisory, real estate development strategy establishment and consulting, and financial feasibility review.
