The 'International Taste & Quality Institute Awards' are hosted by the iTQi, a globally recognized food and beverage quality evaluation organization established in Brussels, Belgium. More than 200 professional chefs and sommeliers conduct blind tests to evaluate quality, announcing certification results based on objective and rigorous judging criteria.
