Seven Eleven Introduces 'Home Care Service' with Lotte Hi-Mart
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Seven Eleven announced on the 17th that it has partnered with Lotte Hi-Mart to launch a ‘Home Care Service.’ The Home Care Service is a total management service where Lotte Hi-Mart’s professional CS Masters visit customers’ homes equipped with specialized clinic equipment to manage home appliances, bedding, and more.
This service can be requested at any Seven Eleven store nationwide by simply entering a mobile phone number. Within three days, a Happy Call from Lotte Hi-Mart will contact the customer to schedule a visit with a consultant. The Happy Call operates from Monday to Saturday (09:00?18:00), and the home visit for the Home Care Service takes place within one week after the Happy Call.
The Home Care Service covers a total of 11 items, including washing machines, air conditioners, kitchen hoods, and refrigerators, with prices ranging from the 40,000 KRW level to the 200,000 KRW level. Customers can check simple usage instructions through promotional materials for the Home Care Service displayed on the POS screens at Seven Eleven stores. For detailed information, customers can scan the QR code on the promotional materials and check on the Lotte Hi-Mart online shopping mall.
To celebrate the launch of the Home Care Service, Seven Eleven and Lotte Hi-Mart are offering up to a 20% discount until the end of this month. Additionally, an event is being held where 100 customers who use the Home Care Service will be selected by lottery to receive a Seven Eleven mobile gift certificate worth 5,000 KRW.
