Coway, which led the hygiene trend by launching the world's first bidet with sterilization function in 2009, introduced a 3-step self-sterilization system bidet that automatically sterilizes the waterway, nozzle, and ceramic bowl using electrolyzed sterilized water.
The Coway Stylecare Remote Bidet (BAS33-A) is equipped with a 3-step self-sterilization system and enhanced convenience features, gaining enthusiastic responses from consumers and becoming a bestseller. It sterilizes the waterway, nozzle, and ceramic bowl daily, thoroughly draining stagnant water inside the bidet and cleaning the nozzle each time it is used to improve hygiene. An LED indicator is applied at the bottom of the product to allow users to check the sterilization process at a glance. Additionally, the covers of the bidet nozzle and the anal nozzle can be detached to eliminate hygiene concerns. The nozzles are made of stainless steel, and the nozzle tips can be detached for periodic replacement.
Another advantage is that the cleansing course can be operated with a wireless remote control. The control buttons are simplified so that desired functions can be recognized at a glance and selected easily with a single touch.
The Stylecare Remote Bidet offers six customized water flow courses. Coway explained that various water flows combining water pressure, air, cleansing range, and time scientifically allow users to easily select desired courses such as Basic Cleansing Mode, Low Irritation Care Mode, and Nozzle Moving Active Move Mode.
The Coway Intellicare Bidet (BASH30-A) features a bubble whirl sterilization system that enhances hygiene and includes care functions. Bubble cleansing agents inside the ceramic bowl are sprayed in a whirl shape, enabling sterilization even in the lower parts of the toilet crevices. During sterilization, the nozzle moves up and down to manage a wider area more thoroughly. Coway added that through joint research with the colorectal surgery department of Seoul National University Hospital, they developed the country’s first bidet water flow technology dedicated to sitz baths, helping with health care as well.
