View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Hyundai Home Shopping announced on the 16th that it will hold a sales broadcast for low-carbon certified Daejeo tomatoes through the Shopping Live section of the Hyundai H Mall mobile app on the 17th.
This broadcast will feature low-carbon certified Daejeo tomatoes produced at Yonghyeon Tomato Farm located in Daejeo-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan. The low-carbon certification is granted only to agricultural products that have received eco-friendly (pesticide-free, organic) or Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) certification and have applied low-carbon agricultural technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions throughout the entire production process.
The low-carbon certified Daejeo tomatoes will be sold in boxes of 3kg during the broadcast at a price of 30,900 KRW. The broadcast will be live-streamed for about an hour from noon at the farm site. A host with a reporter background will visit the farm in person, taste the tomatoes, and explain the low-carbon farming methods, delivering the content vividly like an educational information program aired on TV in the evening.
