A was charged with drinking alcohol in Buk-gu, Ulsan last October, pulling down his pants and underwear, exposing his genitals and buttocks, and running around the streets for about 30 minutes, causing discomfort to passersby.
A is accused of pushing and slapping a police officer who arrived at the scene, tried to stop him, and advised him to go home.
