Nexon Conducts Large-Scale Special Recruitment in the Triple Digits
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Nexon announced on the 12th that it will conduct a large-scale special recruitment drive.
Nexon will begin accepting applications for new projects starting from the 15th.
They are recruiting talent in triple digits across various positions including programming, game planning, game art, production, and engineering. Anyone interested in these fields can apply regardless of their educational background or experience.
A total of nine new projects are participating in this recruitment. These include large-scale projects focusing on Nexon's core development capabilities such as new massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPG), 'ProjectSF2', and 'HP'.
They are also recruiting talent for new projects that break away from traditional development formulas, such as the multiplatform project 'MOD' that breaks the boundaries of existing game development, and 'FACEPLAY', which utilizes next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) technology and responsive systems.

Meanwhile, Nexon has decided to uniformly increase employee salaries by 8 million KRW this year. Starting this year, the starting annual salary for new employees will be raised to 50 million KRW for development positions and 45 million KRW for non-development positions.
