Busan Bukhang 'Lotte Castle De Mer' Model Exhibition Hall Opens on the 12th
Life Accommodation Facilities Free from Subscription and Loan Regulations
Lotte Construction opened the model exhibition hall for the residential lodging facility 'Lotte Castle De Mer' located in Choryang-dong, Dong-gu, Busan Metropolitan City on the 12th, and has begun full-scale sales.
Residential lodging facilities can be applied for anywhere nationwide regardless of income or home ownership, as long as the applicant is 19 years or older, even without a subscription savings account. Individual registration is possible, and since it is classified as a lodging facility rather than a house, resale is free and loan regulations do not apply.
Located at the core site of the Bukhang redevelopment project, this complex consists of two buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to 59 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,221 units and exclusive areas ranging from 45 to 335㎡. Except for some penthouses, the entire supply is composed of small to medium-sized units, which are highly preferred.
Busan Port, the first port redevelopment case in Korea, is gaining more attention as the second phase of the Bukhang redevelopment project gains momentum following the first phase. The second phase of the Bukhang redevelopment project, which will begin in 2022, is expected to transform into an international exchange area centered on new marine industries by harmoniously developing the port, railway, and the original downtown area in a complex and connected manner, with the 'Busan City Consortium' participating as the developer.
The complex is adjacent to Busan Station and Choryang Station on Busan Subway Line 1. With the full-scale construction of the 'C-Bay Park Line (C-Bay~Park, tram)' connecting the Bukhang redevelopment area and downtown, transportation conditions are expected to improve further. The first phase 1-1 section of the C-Bay Park Line is a 1.9 km long catenary-free low-floor tram running on the ground, scheduled to stop at five locations in the first phase of the Bukhang redevelopment area. A station will be built right in front of the complex where 'Lotte Castle De Mer' is located.
Subscription applications can be made on the official website of Lotte Castle De Mer and are divided into four groups. To apply, a subscription deposit of 1 million KRW is required for groups 1 (45~46㎡), 2 (71㎡), and 3 (90~91㎡), and 5 million KRW for group 4 (314~335㎡). Also, one application per group is allowed, so up to four applications per person are possible. However, duplicate applications within the same group by the same person are not permitted.
