SBA Announces Recruitment for Customized Package Support Companies for Urban Small Manufacturers
Recruitment of Around 16 Urban Small Manufacturers for Customized Package Support... Average Project Funding of About 25 Million KRW Provided
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Seoul Business Agency (SBA, CEO Jang Young-seung) announced on the 10th that it is recruiting urban small manufacturers to participate in the '2021 Urban Small Manufacturer Customized Package Support Project.'
This is a customized project for small manufacturers where Seoul's urban small manufacturers can proactively plan their business and choose the amount of support autonomously. Last year, a total of 21 companies were supported, producing 957 prototypes, achieving a sales growth rate of 126% compared to the previous year.
The target for recruiting companies for the 2021 Urban Small Manufacturer Customized Package Support Project is urban small manufacturers located in Seoul. A total of about 16 companies will be finally selected through the first document screening and the second written evaluation. The selection is made through an external evaluation committee, and the selected companies will carry out their projects for six months according to the submitted business plans.
The finally selected companies can receive an average project fund of about 25 million KRW, which will be used for costs related to strengthening the self-sustainability of small manufacturers, such as prototype development and promotional marketing. The application period is until the 19th, and applicants must submit the application form, business plan, and supporting documents through the SBA website.
