The United States Golf Association (USGA) announced on the night of the 9th (Korean time), "Kim A-rim, who won the 75th US Women’s Open last year, recently conducted a trophy tour in Seoul," adding, "She is the second after the 2019 champion Lee Jeong-eun 6 (25, Daebang Construction)." She took commemorative photos holding the championship trophy at representative landmarks in Seoul such as Geunjeongjeon and Gyeonghoeru at Gyeongbokgung Palace, in front of Gwanghwamun, and at N Tower. At Gyeongbokgung Palace, she especially posed in the exact same way as when she won the US Women’s Open.
Kim A-rim said, "After winning the biggest tournament, it was great that many people recognized and cheered for me," and added, "I was even happier to receive congratulations via FaceTime from Annika S?renstam (Sweden), who has been my role model since I was young." The tournament ended last December at the Champions Golf Club Cypress Creek Course in Houston, Texas, where she started the final day tied for 10th place, 5 strokes behind, and staged a dramatic comeback.

She is the third Korean player to win as a non-member after Yoo So-yeon (31, Mediheal) in 2011 and Jeon In-ji (26, KB Financial Group) in 2015. This year’s tournament will be held from June 3 for four days at the Olympic Golf Course Lake Course in San Francisco, California. Kim A-rim also posed under the major city street sign engraved with San Francisco, located at the N Tower plaza. The USGA explained, "This is an expression of her determination to defend the title this year."
