[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the morning of the 9th, Chaehyunil, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, visited the construction site of the Jemulpo Tunnel private investment project in Seoul to check the progress of the work.
At the site, National Assembly member Kim Young-joo, City Council members Kim Jeong-tae and Choi Woong-sik, Chairman of Yeongdeungpo District Council Go Gi-pan, along with other district council members and officials from the Seoul Metropolitan Government's Road Planning Department gathered to inspect the installation status of the air purification facility (By-pass) and thoroughly checked the vertical shafts and emergency escape routes prepared for disaster situations.
