Education Expo to be Held May 17-19... Recruiting Participating Companies
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] The Korea Education Expo will be held for three days from May 17 at COEX in Seoul.
On the 9th, the Korea Education Green Environment Research Institute and Expo Forum Co., Ltd. announced the recruitment of companies wishing to participate in the Korea Education Expo. Now in its 18th year, the expo will showcase excellent companies and products in various education fields such as non-face-to-face online education trends, edutech, educational content, the latest educational environments, early childhood and elementary education, language learning, lifelong education, and vocational training.
Participants confirmed include educational broadcaster EBS, Icecream Edu which provides the smart home learning service for elementary and middle school students called ‘Icecream AI Home Run,’ Funus, a LEGO Education partner, and Coderble, a company related to coding education. In addition, various companies related to classroom environment and smart education technology will participate, such as Hutecho, which supplies integrated solutions for indoor air environment control, and Hyosung ITX, an IT affiliate of Hyosung.
Based on the theme of this expo, ‘The Future is Education,’ it will explore the future of edutech suited for the post-COVID-19 era and present various ways to utilize untact education incorporating advanced IT technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and big data. Various online-offline hybrid programs and a guest country program inviting leading countries in global edutech are also prepared. There will be experiential events and attractions for job seekers and general visitors.
