Gwangju City Recruiting Participants for Youth Startup Support Project at Citizen Hall
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 9th that it will recruit participants for the 'Gwangju Citizen Hall Youth Startup Support Project' from the 10th to the 25th to discover young entrepreneurs in the local startup sector utilizing public property.
The recruitment target is 10 teams of young entrepreneurs aged between 19 and 39 who have startup ideas utilizing Citizen Hall.
To diversify content, applicants can choose to apply in one of four fields: ▲ Makers (content product manufacturing) ▲ Media (video, media content) ▲ Culture (cultural planning, community services) ▲ F&B (food and beverage development).
After the first document screening, on-site inspections will be conducted from the 31st to the 2nd of next month, followed by the first proposal presentation and expert mentoring, and the second proposal presentation to select the final candidates.
Selected entrepreneurs will receive support for various startup activities, including comprehensive startup education programs, startup support funds, field-specific startup spaces, and shared office spaces.
Especially this year, the focus will be on actively supporting 'startup incubating' that transforms the creative and innovative ideas of local youth into concrete business items through startup program education and one-on-one expert mentoring.
Youth entrepreneurs wishing to apply can download the forms posted on the city website's notices and announcements on the 10th and submit the participation application and business plan via email by the 25th.
