Volvo Korea Updates Brand App 'Hey Volvo'... Provides Real-Time Maintenance Alerts
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] Volvo Cars Korea announced on the 8th that it will implement an update to enhance the experience of using service centers and vehicle management in its official brand application, 'Hej, Volvo.'
'Hej, Volvo' is the brand's official digital channel that integrates functions previously conducted offline into a real-time digital integrated platform.
Volvo customers can check vehicle maintenance and after-service processes through the application, while prospective customers can access vehicle information, test drive applications, event announcements, and more.
This update adds features such as real-time service center reservation, push notifications informing customers of the maintenance, inspection, and completion processes after vehicle check-in, and maintenance history inquiry. Through this, customers can check the expected maintenance time in real-time and view maintenance history at a glance within a single application. It also includes a feature recommending nearby major cafes, restaurants, and attractions to customers visiting service centers.
To commemorate this update, until the 3rd of next month, all service centers nationwide will hold a gift event for customers who make reservations through the 'Hej, Volvo' application, offering eco-friendly solid toothpaste and wooden toothbrush sets. Customers who newly install the application and complete vehicle verification will receive genuine washer fluid as a gift.
