On the 6th (local time), foreign media including The Sun reported that Luca Marchesi, a model from Milan, Italy, created a unique inverted triangle-shaped jaw after two months of intensive training.
After winning 'Mr. Italia' and gaining many fans with his masculine charm, Luca has been posting videos of his jaw muscle training on his TikTok account.
The videos show Luca biting a jaw training device with his front teeth and moving his jaw to develop the muscles. He repeatedly clenched his jaw as if chewing food after tilting his head back while holding the device in his mouth.
After two months of training, Luca succeeded in creating a 'perfect inverted triangle' jaw that protrudes beyond his ears, and his videos have recorded over 1.9 million views.
Most netizens responded with comments like "It feels masculine. It's sensual," but some expressed regret, saying, "It looks too artificial and overwhelming," and "Why ruin such a handsome face yourself?"
In response, Luca revealed why he started jaw exercises, asking, "Do you think my appearance is too much?"

Despite Luca's honest confession, some netizens left derogatory comments about his appearance, and eventually, Luca announced the suspension of his TikTok account.
Luca expressed his distress, saying, "I am thinking of closing this account soon. I apologize to those who loved me, but four out of five comments I received contained insults or criticisms."
