People Power Party "Cheong Accepts Shin Hyun-soo's Resignation... 'Super Express Tosagupeng'"
[Asia Economy Reporter Naju-seok] The People Power Party has labeled the Blue House's acceptance of Shin Hyun-soo's resignation as Senior Secretary for Civil Affairs as an "ultra-high-level case of being discarded after use."
On the 4th, Bae Jun-young, spokesperson for the People Power Party, announced Shin's resignation, stating, "The Blue House accepted the resignation as if waiting for President Yoon Seok-yeol's departure and replaced Senior Secretary for Civil Affairs Shin Hyun-soo." Spokesperson Bae added, "When they were bypassing the prosecution personnel appointments, they called him back, but now that even the Prosecutor General, who was a thorn in this administration's side, has stepped down and is no longer useful, they have replaced him," calling it an "ultra-high-level case of being discarded after use."
Spokesperson Bae also expressed concerns about the newly appointed Senior Secretary for Civil Affairs Kim Jin-guk. He said, "The newly appointed Kim Jin-guk served as the Blue House Legal Secretary during the Roh Moo-hyun administration and was vice chairman of Minbyun, making him a core figure of this administration," adding, "The runaway administration has removed the brakes represented by Yoon Seok-yeol and Shin Hyun-soo and now installed an engine named Kim Jin-guk."
