Hanse Dream Awarded Commendation as Model Taxpayer on the 55th Taxpayer's Day
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Hanse Dream, a children's clothing company, announced on the 4th that it was selected as a model taxpayer on the occasion of the '55th Taxpayer's Day' and received a commendation from the Commissioner of the National Tax Service.
The National Tax Service has awarded commendations and prizes to exemplary taxpayers, including companies and individuals who have faithfully fulfilled their tax obligations and greatly contributed to the national finances, every year on March 3rd, Taxpayer's Day.
Hanse Dream was recognized for its contribution to establishing a proper advanced tax payment culture by paying about 8 billion KRW in corporate tax over three years from 2017, and received this award.
As a benefit of being selected as a model taxpayer, Hanse Dream will be exempt from tax audits for three years from the date of the commendation and will be exempt from providing tax guarantees up to 500 million KRW annually for three years when extending payment deadlines.
In addition to fulfilling its duty as a model taxpayer, Hanse Dream has been steadily carrying out activities to practice sharing in society. It has continued clothing sponsorships for children in various countries such as the Philippines and South Sudan in Africa for the sixth time, and last year, it donated clothing worth 1.5 billion KRW to Laos, establishing itself as a company striving for social responsibility.
