According to the police on the 27th, Mr. A (in his 50s) is under investigation for theft. On the 25th at around 5:40 PM, Mr. A stole a tamper (a tool used to press ground coffee beans) worth about 200,000 won from a cafe in Iseo-myeon, Wanju-gun.
After receiving a report of the missing item, the police checked the cafe’s internal closed-circuit television (CCTV). They confirmed that Mr. A wrapped the tamper in tissue paper, and also found that he and his companions had filled out the COVID-19 entry logbook.

Mr. A appeared at the police station after being summoned and underwent questioning. A police official stated, "Mr. A admitted to the crime during the investigation. We were able to quickly identify the suspect by reviewing the internal footage and the entry logbook."
