The two companies previously signed a business agreement on the 25th for the development and supply of the dedicated air filter. Through this agreement, the two companies plan to develop and commercialize dedicated high-performance air filters used in air purifiers and humidifiers within Blue Vent products, as well as filters based on materials with antibacterial functions in the future.
The developed air filter will be fundamentally applied to the Blue Vent lineup to enhance filter performance and expand stability. Thinkware plans to manufacture and apply customized domestic filters differentiated from Chinese filters distributed in the market, thereby increasing consumer trust in the products and brand and further strengthening the business of dedicated environmental appliances including air purifiers.
Jang Youngmin, Head of New Business Division at Thinkware, said, "C&T Seongjin is a company that has continuously developed improved products based on domestic air filters. Through this partnership, by developing and applying dedicated high-performance air filters optimized for Blue Vent products, we expect to deliver products that are not only functional but also safer."
